SINCE BECOMING A LICENSED CONTRACTOR IN 1980 I HAVE ALWAYS DRAWN MY OWN PLANS FOR EVERY JOB AND THEN BUILT THEM. I HAVE A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE WHEN IT COMES TO BUILDING AND DESIGN THAT I OFFER TO EVERY CUSTOMER. I TRANSITIONED TO JUST DRAWING THE PLANS AND HELPING PEOPLE OBTAIN THEIR PERMITS IN 2019. I DO STILL OFFER MY KNOWLEDGE AND ADVICE FOR FREE.
