SINCE BECOMING A LICENSED CONTRACTOR IN 1980, I HAVE ALWAYS DRAWN MY OWN HOUSE PLANS AND BUILT THEM. My extensive knowledge in building and design allows me to provide valuable insights to every customer. In 2019, I shifted my focus primarily to drawing site plans and assisting individuals in obtaining permits, while still offering my expertise and advice at no charge.

Home Inspector from 2001 to 2010, during which I inspected hundreds of homes. As a Rehab Inspector / Estimator in 2013, I evaluated hundreds of homes. Currently, I'm a Real Estate Broker from 2007 to 2025, focusing on house plans and off grid cabins. I am also an author and speaker on various topics, including site plans.
