SINCE BECOMING A LICENSED CONTRACTOR IN 1980, I HAVE DRAFTED MY OWN HOUSE PLANS AND BUILT THEM. My extensive knowledge in building and design enables me to offer valuable insights to every customer. In 2019, I focused more on drafting services, particularly in drawing detailed site plans and helping individuals navigate the permitting process, while still providing my expertise and advice at no charge.

From 2001 to 2010, as a Home Inspector, I evaluated hundreds of homes. In 2013, I took on the role of Rehab Inspector and Estimator, assessing numerous properties. Currently, I serve as a Real Estate Broker from 2007 to 2025, focusing on house plans and off grid cabins. Additionally, I am an author and speaker on various subjects, including site plans.
